These Terms of Service apply to inquiries and orders placed with DELCO VALVE CO., LTD. Quotations, drawings and catalogues are provided for project evaluation. Orders are confirmed only after both sides accept the specification, price and delivery date. A 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects.
