DELCO Valve Co., Ltd (Dongguan DELCO Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd) was founded in 2005 in Dongguan, Guangdong. From our 15,000 m² headquarters and factory we run valve R&D, production and sales as one integrated company.

Our range covers electric, pneumatic, control and solenoid valves, ball, gate, globe and check valves, actuators and piping components, serving petroleum and natural gas, chemical, power, metallurgy, mining, medical and water treatment projects in China and abroad.

Our History

Two Decades of Growth

From a five-engineer machining workshop in Dongguan to an integrated valve manufacturer with its own casting, machining, assembly and testing, these are the milestones that shaped DELCO.

2005
Founded in Dongguan

Started with five engineers as a specialty workshop machining precision valves for local shipyards.
2008
ISO 9001 Certified

Became an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility after securing contracts with a key customer in Russia.
2012
Production Upgrade

Invested in new production equipment and technologies to raise efficiency and machining precision.
2015
International Approvals

Obtained international certificates and patents, including CE, RoHS, ISO 9001, FDA and BV.
2018
HVOF Coating Technology

Developed a proprietary HVOF coating for sour-service valves, certified to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156.
2021

Casting

In-house investment casting: wax patterns are assembled, shelled and cast, then the bodies are cleaned and ground before machining.

Machining

CNC lathes, machining centres and drilling stations machine valve bodies, stems and actuator housings to drawing, with checks at every set-up.

Assembly

Dedicated lines for solenoid valves, electric and pneumatic actuators and manual valves, where parts are assembled, adjusted and tested.

Warehouse

Organised stock of castings, machined parts, actuators and finished valves supports our 7–15 working-day standard lead time.

Quality is controlled at every step, from incoming material to shipment. Every DELCO valve and actuator passes a four-stage inspection chain and is 100% pressure and function tested before it leaves the factory.

Are you a real valve manufacturer or trading company?

We are an in-house manufacturer for automated control valves and actuator assemblies. All core processes including casting, CNC machining, assembly and performance testing are completed in our own factory. OEM & ODM services are supported.
What is your typical lead-time for standard & custom valves?

Our standard lead time is 7–15 working days, with expedited options available for urgent projects. For custom valves, the delivery date is confirmed with your quotation once drawings and specifications are approved.
Can you manufacture valves according to our drawings or custom specifications?

Yes. As an OEM & ODM manufacturer we build valves and actuator assemblies to your drawings or specifications – custom painting colour, dimensions, connections, accessories and your own brand. Our engineers also provide 2D & 3D CAD models for your project approval.
What test reports come with each valve shipment?

Every valve passes 100% pressure and function testing before shipment. Depending on the order, documents include pressure and sealing test reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC: chemical analysis, corrosion, mechanical and impact tests) and actuator test reports such as the IP65 protection grade test.
What international standards do your valves comply with?

Our production follows an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and our products carry CE, RoHS and FDA certifications. Valves are tested according to API 598, API 6D, EN 12266-1 or your own specifications.
What is your warranty policy?

DELCO valves come with a 12-month standard warranty covering manufacturing defects, including free parts. Extended service contracts are available on request, backed by 24/7 technical support by phone, email or video call.
Do you support small trial orders as well as large-volume projects?

Yes. We have no minimum order quantity, so you can start with a trial order to check our quality before moving on to volume projects. Samples can be arranged after price confirmation.
